You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  Engage in any harassing, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct.

3.1 VidiTech Content.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by VidiTech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VidiTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  Files cached by your web browser;
• ✓
  Social media interactions enabled through our platform.

4.1 Termination by VidiTech.

We reserve the right, without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4.2 Effect of Termination.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination will continue to remain in effect.

6.1 Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

6.2 Arbitration Agreement.

Any disputes will be settled by binding arbitration, except for equitable relief in intellectual property matters.

6.3 Class Action Waiver.

You agree to resolve disputes with us individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VidiTech regarding the use of our Services.
